Style Matters
Exploration of UI style is something I’ve done a fair amount of. Many are lost to time, lets take a look at a few.

Here we have a design exploration showcasing the Minecraft Recipe book translated into the art style of Hytale. The goal was to recreate the look and feel of Hytale's UI while maintaining the functionality and usability of the original Minecraft Recipe book.

During the style explorations, we experimented with various approaches, including moving away from pixel art, and combining pixel art with smooth art to create a hybridized style. These explorations resulted in diverse visual solutions that aimed to enhance the user's experience.
Here we have another UI mockup that showcases the exploration of competitive minigames. This particular mockup demonstrates the potential of the UI style in this context, highlighting its ability to enhance the overall player experience.
Exploration into the NPC dialogue system, primarily utilized in Education Edition, proved to be a captivating undertaking.
